2010 Care Improvement Plus Credentialing

 

 

PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING:

If you have completed a face-to-face training with CIP, please call and notify RB Insurance. If you have completed the AHIP certification, please fax a copy to RB Insurance (480) 422-6287. If you have completed both the face-to-face training & AHIP, you are complete! Otherwise, continue with instructions below:

 

A. Complete 2010 Credentialing on nomoreforms:

 

1. Go to: https://www.ainsight.com/nomoreforms/logon?type=client&clientCode=CIPRB

2. Enter Client Package Code: RBI2010

3. Complete ALL Necessary Documents

4. Attach State Licenses and Proof of E&O Insurance

5. Attach AHIP Certificate (If you do not have AHIP Certification, you will be required to complete the “Medicare” portion of the Care Improvement Plus Certifications)

6. AHIP Certification Website: http://www.medicareonlinetraining.com

 

B. Complete 2010 Online Certifications:

 

1. Go to: www.careimprovementplus.com/training4rbi_10.

2. Enter Your Necessary Information, Follow On-Screen Instructions.

3. If you have completed AHIP Certifications, simply complete Module #1, otherwise complete ALL Modules.

 

C. Writing Number

 

1. Once you have completed the certifications, your writing number will be sent to the e-mail address that was used to register with Care Improvement Plus.

2. This e-mail will contain information regarding accessing the agent portal and ordering enrollment materials and supplies.
