
Please Review These Important Tips for Successful Online Credentialing Before You Begin.
- Make sure to fill out all documents using your legal name.
- Use your SSN number when you login to nomoreforms. If you have a TIN or FEIN do not use it on the login page, you will be asked to provide it on the Producer Information Sheet.
- Appointment application and background release authorization must be filled out by, and in the name of the licensed agent.
- No appointment applications will be processed which are submitted in Agency names.
- If you have problems navigating the nomoreforms credentialing website call the Help Desk at 800-686-8279 (8:00 am ‐ 7:00 pm EST).
- Use the same email address on all documents and websites. Maintain and monitor this email account so we can communicate with you during and after the credentialing process.
- If any of your contact info changes, addresses, phone numbers, or email please forward the new information to us immediately at updatemyinfo@rbi-group.com.
- If you want commissions paid to a licensed agency for which you are the qualifying party, fill out the Agent Agreement and the W9 using the agency name and FEIN/TIN. All other documents must be filled out in your individual name.
- Make sure E&O and all licenses are current, check the dates on certificates.
- Enter your non-resident state license info only for those states where you plan to market Sterling products.
- Sterling will appoint writing agents in there resident state and 2 non-resident states at no charge.
- Be aware that some state appointment processing takes a week or more, and may delay you getting a writing number.
- Complete the credentialing and certification testing as soon as you receive the email. No Agent IDs will be assigned until all certification results have been received.
