GTL is an indemnity program.
- Guaranteed issue between ages 64 1/2 & 65 1/2
- Benefits are paid in cash, direct to your client
- Daily hospital confinement benefit up to $600 per day to help cover co-payments
- Ambulance Benefit Rider, will pay $200 per trip
- Lump sum Hospital Confinement rider, up to $750
- Durable Medical Equipment Rider, 30% of 1st $1000; such as wheelchairs, walkers, etc
- Skilled Nursing Facility Rider; $120 per day from 21st - 100th day
- Lump sum Cancer coverage also available
