2022 Medicare Agent and Broker Compensation
The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services made their annual announcement last month, detailing the compensation limits for 2022.
The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services released a memo to Medicare Advantage Organizations, Prescription Drug Plan Sponsors, Section 1876 Cost Plans, and Medicare-Medicaid Plans detailing Contract Year 2022 Medicare Broker Compensation Rate, Referral/Finder’s Fees, Submissions, and Training and Testing Requirements for 2022.
Policies sold with an effective date on or after January 1st, 2022 will be eligible for the 2022 Medicare broker compensation so long as the selling carrier pays the Maximum CMS Allowable Commission.
