In his seven years since joining the family business in 2008 as a Broker Support Representative, Justin has made innovation his top priority. In 2011 he introduced a direct mail program for Lead generation. His first order of business upon becoming Marketing Director in 2013 was developing Medicare Compare, an online tool for beneficiaries complete with its own brand identity. In 2014 Justin worked with his brother and Chief Technology Officer Jesse Bever to build the Medicare Sales Engine, our flagship Client Relationship Manager.
