RBI’s Elite, Exclusive advisor team is built around a competitive two week intensive training program designed to identify, train and reward the best possible candidates for our Exclusive Advisor Team (EAT). In order to participate in the training course, candidates must pass an initial assessment and contract to sell RBI’s Product portfolio exclusively. Primary training takes place in the initial two weeks, where RBI sales trainers will assess your sales abilities, provide intensive, hands on training in Senior Insurance sales and certify you as a competent Senior Insurance Advisor. During this training program you will be expected to pass written exams on materials, practice learned skills role-playing and apply your product knowledge at point of sale coaching sessions.
Training consists of 10 hour days, 5 days a week until you pass your final exams and certifications. Training is intended to be highly demanding and competitive to create and nurture a resilient sales mindset for years to come. At the end of each week, students will receive a cash stipend* for their time and engagement.
After the initial two week training course, your sales career begins in earnest. during your first 90 days as a Senior Insurance Advisor, RBI Sales Trainers will identify needs and train for areas of expertise and mastery of sophisticated Senior Insurance products.
At the end of those 90 days, Exclusive Advisors will largely be responsible for managing their own schedules and reaching their sales goals. RBI will continue to generate leads for Exclusive Advisors to meet and exceed their sales goals while identifying new sales opportunities and strategies for EAT to take advantage of.
